Your Pricing Your Services Just Right program helped me develop a pricing strategy (I was under-pricing) and give proper credence to my certification, experience and value of my services.

To be honest, testing this new pricing strategy was very risky for me. But I used my new rate with a lead and the reaction was you’re charging “too much”. Two choices: I could drop my price and deplete my value to what the prospective client felt was appropriate or fight for my price by explaining the value. I showed the prospective client how my services, calculated by the cost per participant, were very reasonable per person. He agreed and I was awarded the contract.

The bottom line….I made an additional $50 more per hour which amounted to an additional income of $200 for this one job. I felt empowered, informed and had the courage to do the right thing for myself and my business. Using what I was taught with just one client has almost paid for the cost of the class and CD.
