Instructions: Circle the number which comes closest to representing how true the statement is for you right now - 1 for less true and 5 for more true. Then, score yourself, using the key at the bottom of the page.

76 - 100 Clearly a problem. Please go to a Debtors Anonymous meeting TODAY
