Do you like the folder or drive where your computer currently saves your documents? Let's say that the program you own is Word 2000. When you save your document, it will automatically be saved on your "C" drive and in a folder called "My Documents". What if you really want to easily save the document to a folder you have set up called "All My Word Documents"? What can you do? Go to >tools>options>file locations. Then highlight the file type called "Documents", then tap on modify and go to the exact place --- drive and folder name where you'd like all your future documents to be saved. Enter OK and there you are! The next time you save a document, it will be saved where YOU want it to be saved! Try this tip now! © 2010 Elevating Your Business.
